Blake Strand joined Midwest Hearing in 1993. Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2004. Masters degree in Audiology from the Univeristy of Wisconsin – Madison in 1991. Received Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology in 1992. Minnesota Licensed Audiologist. Member of the American Academy of Audiology, Member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Member of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. Past member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. Serves Patients in the Woodbury office.




Anne Zowin, Au.D. CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology. Dr. Zowin joined the staff in 1996. She received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2004, Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 1995, and her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology in 1995. Dr. Zowin is a Minnesota Licensed Audiologist, certified Minnesota Department of Health Hearing Instrument Dispenser and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. She is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. Dr. Zowin serves patients at the Maplewood clinic.

Judy Davison joined Midwest Hearing in 1996. She received her Doctor of Audiology from Arizonia School of Health Science in 2007, Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in 1989 and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in1990. She is a Minnesota Licensed Audiologist. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. Dr. Davison serves patients in the St. Paul office.




Kelly Brown, Au.D. CCC-A

Dr. Brown joined the Midwest Hearing staff in 2000. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida in 2003, Masters degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 2000, and her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in 2000. Dr. Brown is certified by both the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Dr. Brown is a Minnesota Licensed Audiologist, certified Minnesota Department of Health Hearing Instrument Dispenser, and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology. Received Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) in 2007. Holds Minnesota licensure in Audiology. Member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA). Dr. Meixelsperger serves patients primarily in the Maplewood office.

Jamie Kirchoff joined Midwest Hearing in 2007. Doctor of Audiology from the Universities of Wisconsin Stevens Point and Madison. Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2006. Received Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) in Audiology in 2007. Minnesota licensed Audiologist and certified Minnesota Department of Health Hearing Instrument Dispenser. Member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Member of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA). Dr. Kirchoff serves patients in the Eagan, Maplewood and Woodbury offices.




Paul Tuveson, NBC-HIS

Paul Tuveson joined Midwest Hearing in 1991. Tuveson attended Augustanta College in Sioux Falls SD. He received his certificate from the National Board for Certification In Hearing Instrument Sciences in 1983. Tuveson also completed graduation requirements for The American Academy of Hearing Loss Support Specialists in January of 2007. Tuveson is a five year past president of the Minnesota Health Care Providers Association, past president for the Minnesota Alexander Graham Bell Association for two years, a member of the local Hearing Loss Association of American Twin Cities Chapter, (formerly SHHH) and as well as the national association. Tuveson who also has a profound hearing loss was a past mentor for hard of hearing boys. He serves Midwest Hearing patients in the St. Paul Office.




Jill Beecher, Au.D., CCC-A

Dr. Jill Beecher joined Midwest Hearing in 2007 and serves patients primarily in the Saint Paul office. Dr. Beecher is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA). Dr. Beecher earned her Doctor of Audiology Degree from the University of Utah, and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Iowa.
